Imaging of biliary disease often requires a multimodality imaging approach, with increasing use of MRCP reducing the requirement for diagnostic ERCP. Biliary imaging in the setting of obstructive jaundice seeks to diagnose the level of obstruction and its severity and cause. 3. The objective of this review is to learn the imaging features of primary sclerosing cholangitis and cholangiocarcinoma. Cholangitis is usually secondary to biliary obstruction, and imaging features of cholangitis in the setting of biliary obstruction are described.
