When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Creative

In Inc. Magazine’s column “Street Smarts,” Norm Brodsky uses a short anecdote to get an important point across: creativity is as valuable as any other tool to address the challenges that small and medium-sized businesses may be facing today.
One of the other “learnings” from this piece and one that is a testament to Norm’s pragmatism is how he was able to help Lisa Kristine, the “protagonist,” come up with her own simple solutions and avoid certain pitfalls which may have proven to be fatal to her business.
